The Elac Staff Handbook

At Elac we want everyone to have access to all the information they need so we have created a comprehensive staff handbook for all our people and the people we work with. The online induction process on this site draws heavily on the content of this handbook but does not replace it.

The handbook contains:

	an introduction to Elac and a who's who of the staff
	information on the roles and responsibilities for Group Leaders, Teachers and Activity Leaders
	information about the academic programme
	a run-down of our procedures and rules including a code of conduct and recruitment, appraisal and grievance procedures.

It's quite a long document but you can use links from the contents page to navigate to the areas which concern you.

We hope you will find it useful.
